1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
You can request a return or refund only if the inner product seal is completely intact.
To qualify:
- The outer shipping box may be opened
- The inner product box may also be opened
- But the inner product seal (the safety seal on the bottle or sachet) must not be opened, broken or tampered with
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The request must be made within the return window
If the inner seal is opened, the product is not eligible for return or refund.
This rule protects product hygiene, safety and authenticity.
2. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Conditions
A return or refund cannot be processed if:
- The inner seal is broken
- The product is opened, used or tested
- The packaging is damaged due to customer handling
- The product was purchased during a clearance or final‑sale offer
- The return request is made after the return window closes
Once the inner seal is opened, the product is considered delivered and accepted.
3. Return Window
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
4. Refund Method
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable
If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos or videos of the issue
- Keep the product and packaging intact until we review the case
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
6. How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos showing the intact inner seal
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
7. Important Note
For safety, hygiene and regulatory reasons, products with opened inner seals cannot be accepted under any circumstance.
This ensures every customer receives products that are fresh, safe and untouched.
