    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
    • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

    2. Shipping Time

    Shipping time depends on your location:

    Within India

    • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
    • Remote areas may take slightly longer

    International Shipping

    • Delivery times vary by country, customs and courier conditions
    • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

    We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

    3. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
    • Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

    4. Tracking Your Order

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can follow your package in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

    5. Delivery Attempts

    If the courier is unable to deliver:

    • They will attempt delivery 2–3 times
    • If unreachable, the package may be returned to us 
    • Re‑shipping charges may apply for a second attempt 

    6. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items

    If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Share photos or videos of the issue
    • Keep the product and packaging intact until we review the case

    We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

    7. Delays Beyond Our Control

    We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Weather conditions
    • Courier issues
    • Customs checks
    • Natural disruptions
    • Incorrect address provided by the customer

    We will always support you and coordinate with the courier, but some delays are outside our control.

    8. Address Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping address, phone number and pin code are correct. We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
